About your Presenter

Heizy Serrels is National Manager – Learning and Wellbeing Culture at the Centre for Corporate Health. Heizy is a registered psychologist who has over 15 years’ experience working in both private and public organizational settings providing a broad range of psychological and HR consultancy services. Her career has included positions in general human resources, education, counselling, and various clinical and non-clinical psychological positions. Along with exceptional consultation skills, she possesses great depth in technical expertise and is accredited in a large number of tools and methodologies.

Heizy is an experienced coach, trainer and group facilitator, specialising in the areas of psychosocial risk management, people development, well-being, and team effectiveness. In her career she has had vast experience in a wide variety of psychological assessment methodology and implementation.

More recently, Heizy has undertaken projects that include large scale training and development, psychosocial risk reviews and consultation, strategic planning and change management initiatives, organisational surveys, and wellbeing strategy and framework development.
